Sheema Khan

Hi, I'm Sheema. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I obtained my M.A. in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and completed an MBA from York University.

Counselling psychology is a pivot in career for me. I had an extensive 20-year career as a corporate professional working for large organizations in Sales and Marketing, and had the immense pleasure of leading high-performing teams — a part of the job that I enjoyed the most.

As I leaned into my leadership journey, it became clear that mental wellness and the overall health of an individual is deeply linked to performance, productivity, and wellbeing. That realization shaped how I showed up for my team and for myself. Coupled with my curiosity and quest to keep learning about mental health, a new journey began.

Today I bring that same curiosity and care to every session — meeting clients with warmth, honesty, and a genuine belief in their capacity for change.
