Hi, I'm Lindsey. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a recent graduate of Yorkville University, where I received my M.A. in Counselling Psychology. I also hold a Bachelor of Communications from Mount Royal University.
You're getting through the day and life stops you in your tracks. Again. You feel it mentally, emotionally, and physically — and it's been long enough that life's challenges have left you carrying and feeling this weight. Maybe it is caregiver or career burnout. It could be parenting or relationship challenges. You might be on a journey through infertility or adoption. Maybe the days are both too long and somehow not long enough. Let's work together to sort through what life is throwing your way and help bring you to a place where you are no longer feeling overwhelmed by it.
My practice holds a special focus on Infertility, Adoption & Parenting, Caregiver Fatigue, and Burnout. With 12 years in management, I intimately understand workplace stress. Additionally, my own family-building journey allows me to offer lived empathy. I provide the practical tools and dedicated support needed to help you regain your balance.
Specialized support is essential for couples on the journey through infertility and adoption. Completing the ICEEFT Externship in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy deepens my commitment to helping partners build the secure emotional bond they need to thrive.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you are already running on empty. Please know that whatever you are carrying, relief is possible. You deserve a space where you are the one receiving support. I would be honored to help you navigate this path. Reach out today to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.
