Sheema Khan
Registered Psychotherapist & Clinical Director
Hi, I’m Sheema. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists (CRPO). I have obtained my M.A. in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and completed an MBA
from York University.
Counselling Psychology is a pivot in career for me. I have had an extensive 20-year career as a corporate professional working for large organizations in Sales and Marketing and had the immense pleasure to lead high performing teams, a part of the job that I enjoyed the most.
As I leaned into my leadership journey, it was clear that mental wellness and overall health of an individual was very much linked to performance and productivity and overall wellbeing. And because of that, I showed up differently for my team and for myself. To be an effective leader, coupled with my curiosity and quest to continue learning about mental health, a new journey started for me.”

Lindsey Salloway
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Hi, I’m Lindsey. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a recent graduate of Yorkville University where I received my M.A. in Counselling Psychology. I also have a Bachelor of Communications for Mount Royal University.
I have over a decade of experience working in both sales and marketing in a corporate setting where I developed unique skills in one-to-one support, empathetic listening, problem solving, and strong communication. I also have a unique understanding of difficulties that can arise while navigating the balance between work and life.
My approach to therapy is one of direct and open communication and pulls from different modalities including person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, existentialism, and mindfulness-based techniques. I believe that working together to determine your personal goals and develop a plan to achieve them will allow you to find calm and balance in your everyday life.
Endra Persaud
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) - May - August
Hi, I’m Endra, a student therapist currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.
My background is rooted in healthcare, driven by a genuine passion for supporting people during some of their most vulnerable moments. After immigrating to Canada, I’ve had the opportunity to work with both youth and adults, helping them navigate their mental health journeys and better understand themselves along the way.
These experiences have deepened my appreciation for how important it is to have timely, accessible support—and how powerful therapy can be in creating meaningful, healing connections.
At Supporting Your Journey, I aim to offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe, heard, and respected. As a student therapist, I bring curiosity, openness, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story.
My approach is grounded in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and collaboration. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and work toward growth, resilience, and a sense of hope that feels meaningful to you.
