DBT Skills 6-Week Group

This 6-week Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) group is designed to help individuals build emotional resilience, improve interpersonal relationships, and manage distressing emotions effectively. Participants will gain practical tools and insights to navigate life’s challenges and create a more balanced, fulfilling life. This group takes place 3x a year for 6 weeks: September, January, May.
