NEWS ANNOUNCEMENT: 6-WEEK DBT SKILLS GROUP

Building Emotional Resilience: A 6-Week DBT Skills Group

What is DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy)?

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based, structured form of psychotherapy developed by Dr. Marsha Linehan. It was originally designed to treat individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) but has since been adapted for other mental health issues involving emotional dysregulation, impulsivity, and relationship difficulties. DBT has shown to be effective in helping clients improve their emotional stability, coping skills, and interpersonal relationships, allowing them to lead more balanced and fulfilling lives.

Description of the Program

This 6-week Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) group is designed to help individuals build emotional resilience, improve interpersonal relationships, and manage distressing emotions effectively.
